Job applications
RS Finance collects and processes data from job applicants (both required and optional) directly or through forms and/or attached CVs via the RS Finance career site at www.werkenbijrs.com. RS Finance also collects and processes data from applicants through, among other things, personal contacts, telephone conversations and/or email. The applicant data stored in the database includes: the applicant’s contact details (name, address, email address, gender, language), educational background (qualifications, courses, etc.), and employment history (previous employers, references, etc.).

RS Finance deletes application data no later than twelve months after the end of the application process. However, the applicant may give consent for their data to be retained for longer. For example, in case a suitable position becomes available at a later date. In that case, we will retain the data for no longer than three years.
